Refund policy

Returns
Clan Truth does not accept returns so please take care and use the sizing guide on each product to verify fit before purchasing. Items sent back to us will be donated to charity without refund.

Cancellations
You have 24 hours to cancel an order after it has been placed. To cancel your order, please email sales@clantruth.com. If your cancellation is received in time, we’ll send you a cancellation email and refund your full payment to the payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions / non-cancellable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. To report an issue, please email sales@clantruth.com. 

Refunds
In the event of an approved refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
