This Week At SYLOK THE DEFILED

-This Week At Truth, we've got some Act II goodness to dive into. Revenant Act II kicks off later today so be sure to keep all discussion in our #vampire-diaries-chat channel for what you need to do and get done. A lot of updates and new things going on so here's the quick rundown to get you ready. 

-Act II will continue the story we began in Act I with Fikrul's reemergence and the possession of an Echo. Act II will take us into the Tomb of the Elders where Guardians must rescue more Eliksni and stop Fikrul from adding more hosts to his undead army. Season pass goes up to rank 150 which also includes the catalyst for Alethonym!

-Tomb of the Elders (and the longer Contest of the Elders) activity for this Act is a reimagined Prison of Elders with more unique modifiers and variables to change up the pace each time. You can go back and watch the Act II livestream to get a glimpse of the activity during today's downtime if you want to. 

-Act II is bringing in two new Episode weapons, the Noxious Vetiver arc SMG, and the Scavenger's Fate void shotgun, as well as the reprised Gridskipper void pulse rifle (a fave of mine honestly). Act II is also serving as a pseudo-midseason update as well, with some sandbox changes inbound. Be sure to check the patch notes when they drop for all the info, and you can go back to last week's TWID for a tease of some of those updates coming (suck it, Counterfeit modifier) as well as the new artifact perks we are getting. 

-Act II will also bring us Iron Banner for the first time this Episode (next week though on 11/26, more info in next week's TWID) with new drip, the first stasis rocket-assisted sidearm, and the return of Archon's Thunder as a stasis machine gun. This Act will also see the return of The Dawning in December, once we get a preview of the event we'll be sure to cover any new items, like the Mistral Lift void linear fusion rifle, and other changes coming with the event. 

-The Grandmaster node also opens this week, so all GMs will be up for access and attempting to get loot and gild your Conqueror seal, and new this time around it will be open and available to all players, even those who have never achieved the Conqueror seal will be getting access to all GMs. Deep Stone Crypt and Root of Nightmares are the raid rotators, and Prophecy and Ghosts of the Deep are the dungeon ones. Presage is the exotic mission rotator. Be sure to check out #reset-info for all the other weekly updates after reset happens today.
