This Week At Great Tower Bake-Off

-This Week At Truth, it is cookie time! Warm up those ovens and slaughter some enemies to harvest their goods, because we are back to baking Dawning style!

-This week brings in the 3-week Dawning event to the Tower. The annual time of year to throw snowballs and bake cookies to get more loot! For those new to the Dawning, Space Grandma will be your person to talk to once again. Snowballs will be in various locations and activities to slow/freeze/shatter enemies, and baking cookies to give to NPCs can be redeemed for gifts and loot!

-New this time around is the Astral Stasis Drake armor ornaments so you can be a chill space dragon whenever you want! The new weapon to earn is the void LFR Mistral Lift, and there will be refreshed perk pools for Dawning regulars like Avalanche, Zephyr and Glacioclasm. There are also 3 new emblems you can get from opening gifts, and each week there will be community goals for cookie baking to help increase the drop chance of those emblems!

King's Fall and Garden of Salvation are the raids, Spire and Pit of Heresy are the dungeons, Avalon should be the exotic mission rotator. With Iron Banner weeks ending that also means Trials is back! 

-programming note that this week will be the final TWID of 2024, so depending on the content you may get a summary write-up from me on Tuesday next week, or you may not hear from this space again until we are closing in on the start of Act III. I don't know whether we'll get a lot of info this Thursday or just a look ahead and a tease, but either way, you can find me in the kitchen with the oven going!
