This Week At Giving Thanks for the Banana
-This Week At Truth, we give thanks, for whatever it is you have in your life to be thankful for, I hope you can take some time and reflect on it. We've concluded the first week of Act II, revisited the Prison of Elders, and maybe broke the game so much that Bungie disabled a Warlock exotic. Here's some of the clips in case you missed the nonsense
Riven solo in a single second That poor ogre just keeps getting bullied
-Iron Banner is back. Banana by yourself or with friends for the next two weeks! Earn the new Iron Intent armor sets on each character and the first rocket-assisted stasis sidearm in the game by playing. Archon's Thunder will be the other featured weapon, with new perks and sporting the stasis damage type now. Control is the first game mode up. You can also earn and gild your Iron Lord seal since Iron Banner is back for the first time in this Episode.
-Bungie Store is having a Black Friday sale starting today. Let's be real, the term "Black Friday" has lost all meaning since they all start days or weeks ahead of Thanksgiving. But, if you're looking for some stuff off the website, head on over and see what deals they have, including what looks like the return of a sweet emblem that may be given for making a purchase
-Professor requests you put all Thanksgiving delicacies this week in #garden-of-salivation so we can all yearn and thirst for you light....I mean dinners.
-Speaking of Thanksgiving, if you don't have any plans or just need to get away from family for a bit, Jack S Raymond will be hosting Truthsgiving in the Discord server on Thursday! Jump on in for some chats, game, laughs and all-around memery starting around 10AM ET. Expect dad jokes and puns that will make you groan as if you ate three helpings of turkey and stuffing.
-Arms Dealer is the GM and Nightfall, with some Slammer rewards to earn. Vault of Glass and Crota's End make up your raid rotators. Dungeons are Grasp of Avarice and Warlord's Ruin. Vox Obscura is the exotic rotator.
-No TWID this week so it only felt right to drop a Thanksgiving TWAT for the people to have some information to chew on like turkey leg. Be well, take care of yourselves this week, and see you in the Iron Banner. Cheers!
